I'm so freaking exhausted!! But today's gym class was totally worth it. We got to do a little fight moves this time and I was very enthusiastic about it. I haven't been to a fight bo class for so long!
I got the feeling that in order to keep being motivated and don't have unexpected binges is to go regularly to the gym. Even my instructor noticed I'm going more often! I'm loving it BUT exams start so I'll have to start studying too. I hate that, really..
But when I look at other girls who have lost weight I really really get jealous.
That cannot happen.
Seriously.

Does your gym have a scale? If so you could use theirs and save some money.

I know you can do it...! But it seems to me that scales always just break on me...and I seem to be the only common denominator...its rather depressing.

I know how you feel about the scale thing. It's frustrating you can't even trust your scale.
ReplyDeleteThe scale thing is awful, I can't trust the ones at my gym because lazy fat people forget to set them back to zero before they get off. But good for you getting to class so much your gonna get so thin and kick so much ass!
