I am so not proud of myself. Food-wisely. At gym I am doing okay though, I have yoga class tonight and I cannot wait. But yesterday was awful. Chocolate and other things I'm not willing to tell. And this morning wasn't that good too.
I told my friend that calories make me mean. I am really trying to make my friends not to feed me. So I will tell them I'm on a diet. From tmrrw. Tell them I just need to tone up to feel in the mood for guys.We are all single (girls+boys) so when I admit I don't care much to change that I get lots of weird looks. Of course I'm not going to tell them which diet I am on.
I'm telling you though. I read about it at Almost.Skinny's blog and really liked it. So I am copying it to my blog, for you to see (short version):
No fruit juice, and only black coffee allowed.
DAY 1: All fruit except bananas. you may consume as many fruits as you want.
DAY 2: All vegetables. you are encouraged to eat until you are completely full. avoid oil and coconut while cooking the vegetables and have a large boiled potato for breakfast.
DAY3: Any mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice, any amount. No bananas yet and no potatoes allowed today.
DAY4: Bananas and Milk!! However you may not have more than 8 bananas and no more than 3 glasses of milk. You can also have a bowl of vegetable soup for dinner.
DAY 5: Today is a feast day! You are allowed one cup of rice- you will also have to eat 6 tomatoes and 12 glasses of water to cleanse your body of the excess uric acid you will be producing.
DAY 6: All vegetables day and one cup of rice.
DAY 7: One cup of rice, fruit juice and vegetables. By tomorrow you should be 5-8 kilos lighter. If you need to repeat the programme have a 3 days resting period.
So I don't expect that much weight loss but I'm hoping for 2-3 kilos. Fingers crossed.

you need to STAY FOCUSED.

I hope you like it! I liked it, found it really easy to stick to and I definitely lost inches. But be careful on the banana day, apparently docs say you're not supposed to have more than 3 in a day... might explain why I felt sick after eating 7! Keep looking forward- you can do anything xxx

That sounds like a really reasonable, healthy plan. Once I quit the fast I'm on now, I'll probably do something like that. I always feel good when I eat mostly fruits/veggies.
