Counting down the days until April 4th starts today.
I know that if I continue this way I will be the fattest out of six. Me. Who was always envied for my toned legs and butt. So restriction is going to be. I got roughly two weeks.

So the intake is going to be something like this

breakfast: Herbalife shake and plain coffee, no milk no sugar
lunch: greek yogurt with banana, strawberries and wheat
dinner: Herbalife shake, boiled veggies

this would sum up to 800 cals per day. not bad.. I will also write the meals down on my 2013 diary so I don't lose focus

treat --> starbucks plain coffee w/ waffle when I go there to study
I can't possibly resist

  1. I don't know that you have to attemp to completely destroy your soul while trying to drop a few pounds. 800 calories seems pretty extreme. What do you do as far as fitness goes? I have nothing against tone legs and butts, but I know if I tried to limit my diet to 800 calories a day I would have to lock myself in a cage while a priest sprinkles holy water on me while yelling, "THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU!" I'm sure I would finally break, and break out of the cage, and when I did it probably wouldn't be good. It could even result in me eating a pet or a small child.
    And I wouldn't advise that. They simply don't deserve it, poor little guys.
