So to motivate myself (and probably others) I'm putting up here a photo at the start of the gluten free week. Now I don't know whether I'm keeping it up forever, but it will stay for a good seven days.
Here is me this morning, 60.8 kilos and on my third period day (excuse the massive panties, but we girls understand each other, right?).
due to certain difficulties explained on my previous post, I'm not saying this will be a 100% gluten free week. But I'm avoiding wheat for sure, something much easier to do here. Anyway, other than being toned, I hate how my stomach sticks out, my thunder thighs and the fact that anything I'd do won't bring out my collarbones.
But we'll see :)
xx
i would like to do the same... gluten free week... not a bad idea..

Your stomach is nice! I wish mine was as flat as that. *jealous* :P hehe
ReplyDeleteGood luck for the next 7 days. xxx
U look beautiful :)
ReplyDeleteI have the same tummy sticking out thing. Seems like only fat burn and muscle gain is going to fix that for me. And you do not have thunder thighs, I think they're quite nice. Just go look at pictures of cellulite and you'll feel better lol. Good luck going gluten free. A lot of people says it makes them feel a lot better.
ReplyDeleteWow, you're beautiful ♥
ReplyDeleteI know how hard it is to be gluten free. It really helps with bloating though, at least for me. Good luck! I just started the paleolithic diet (elimination diet)to try to figure out what I'm allergic to.
ReplyDeleteYou look absolutely beautiful.
ReplyDeleteGluten-free is gonna be hard, but I am sure you will be able to manage! Just do the best you possibly can do!
Love,
WOW you have a great bod! And I'm sure the stomach is just bloating from the ol' friend of yours. Good luck with your challenge!
