Because now, every time I have breakfast, I just keep thinking of the next meal. What will it be, what I must avoid, who I should stay away from because they eat every time they go out, stuff like that. But if I don't have breakfast, then magically I don't want to eat, I just stay in this "ill" situation all day. I love that feeling. But for a functioning anaemic student who doesn't sit much that is suicide. And I don't want to die, not really.
I know how you feel, when I eat breakfast it's so much harder not to think about food, while when I don't eat at all I feel like I have much more stamina.
ReplyDeleteI used to be anaemic too, at least it seemed like that, and then I magically became normal. My hemoglobin lever raised when I stopped drinking my medicine 'cause I ran out of it and weren't able to buy it for weeks..
I wish you the best of luck with everything and please, stay safe. :*
Hi! I love your blog!
ReplyDeleteTake care!
I'm so glad to hear that I am not the only one suffering from this bizzaro breakfast paradox. (Well, I'm not glad to hear that breakfast not an option, but you get what I'm saying). I generally just don't eat breakfast, because I eat less during the day and if I do eat later, I don't feel guilty because I'm not adding it to major breakfast calories.
ReplyDeleteUGH!! I hate breakfast. If I eat it it makes me like a crazy food craving machine all day. But when i fast, i get home at 7pm and am so hungry I binge. :( I really need to find a happy medium. Good luck to your meal planning!
